Erin joined CrossFit DeLand in March with a 3x a week membership. A week in, she was hooked and upgraded to an Unlimited membership. She often shows up 30 minutes prior to class to work on mobility. She even takes the stretches she has learned and helps fellow athletes in the box. Erin and her daughter Chloie always show up smiling and seem to leave with a smile on their faces.  We are so happy to have them both part of the CFD family!  We asked Erin a few questions and below are her responses:

How did you find out about us?

I tried a few other CrossFit locations, but I saw the remodel under construction and knew who the owners were, I knew I had to come! 🙂

What do you like about CrossFit DeLand so far?

The programming is really great. I love the coaches and the encouraging atmosphere.

What is one of your biggest goals?

To show up consistently is my main goal which will allow for all the other small goals that I have.

What is some advice you can give to a new CrossFitter?

Take it slow and concentrate on form before weight! HAVE FUN!

What is your favorite movement?

I have so many! I love that snatch! 🙂
